Located on the north-eastern foot of Stóg Izerski, it was built on the site of the former "Spring House" dating from 1781. The building's appeal is enhanced by Lower Silesia's longest larchwood Promenade Hall, 80 m in length, with beautiful floral polychrome decoration and stained-glass windows, as well as the von Schaffgotsch family coat of arms above the stage, currently one of the main attractions of Świeradów-Zdrój.
