A former windmill rebuilt in the 19th century into a viewing tower with a wooden superstructure, into which a historic clock from 1756 was incorporated in 1910. After the war the building was in the hands of the military and a shooting range was set up inside. Neglect reduced the tower and the nearby Seifert inn to ruins.
