Built in the mid-13th century by Duke Konrad of Głogów. In 1419 it became the property of the Schaffgotsch family. In 1635 its owner was accused of plotting against the emperor and beheaded. In 1687 Marysieńka Sobieska stayed here. Today only ruins remain.
